10 Most Pet-Friendly Cities in the U.S.

What makes a place pet friendly? Every year, WalletHub, a Washington, D.C.-based online provider of credit scores and full credit reports, sets out to find the answer to this question with its list of the most pet-friendly cities in the U.S. 

In order to determine the most pet-friendly places, WalletHub compared the 100 most populated cities across three key dimensions: pet budget, pet health and wellness, and outdoor pet-friendliness. The company evaluated those dimensions using 24 metrics, which range from minimum pet-care provider rate per visit to pet businesses per capita to walkability.
