APP Signs Up to Support P3 Pet Trade Show
American Pet Professionals (APP) announced it is an official industry supporter of the debut P3 pet trade show, scheduled August 24-25 at Navy Pier in Chicago.
“We are honored to have the support of a leading organization like American Pet Professionals behind P3,” said Dean Russo, group show director, Urban Expositions, Atlanta-based producer and manager of P3. “Their mission, like our own, is built around offering networking opportunities and resources to help pet industry professionals strengthen and enhance their businesses. We know the co-promotional support that APP provides will be integral to the success of our debut edition.”
As part of the collaboration, APP also will be one of the hosts of the P3 show social on Wednesday, Aug. 24 at the Navy Pier Beer Garden. All P3 buyers and exhibitors are invited to attend the social starting at 5 p.m. immediately after the show closes for the day. Attendees will enjoy drinks, light snacks, fabulous lakefront views and a chance to continue the conversations and networking begun earlier in the day on the nearby show floor. Social attendees are encouraged to stay on after to social to enjoy the popular Navy Pier evening fireworks show.
As an industry supporter, APP will promote the show’s offerings and the Wednesday show social through its membership communication channels ranging from websites and blogs to newsletters and podcasts. APP members also are eligible for free admission and badges will highlight their member affiliation, and they also will have access to the P3 VIP lounge on the show floor.
