CASCO America, Europe and Australia Rebrand as CASCO Pet
Following years of global expansion Matthew Bubear, CASCO’s CEO, has decided to bring its global divisions together under one new name, CASCO Pet. The new name gives CASCO one global identity under which the company can continue to represent its pioneering store fixtures and better communicates its proposition to a worldwide market, the company states.
As a part of the rebrand, CASCO Pet has completely relaunched its website. Going beyond a simple redesign, the site showcases CASCO’s product range, as well as features and innovations to help new and existing customers to do business with the company.
Customers can start the design process online at cascopet.com, where the company’s aquatic racks can be configured to a multitude of different combinations. Customers can play with the layout of levels and compartments, choose colors and add graphics to get the desired look for their store. They can include options such as a TV screen to display promotional messages or see how illuminated headers can brighten up their display. Designs can be saved and sent to CASCO Pet for a quote or arrange a visit from their design experts.
As a part of the new site, support has been enhanced with the addition of a live chat help desk as well as new options to send a query or report a problem. A range of help videos are available, to enable customers keep their systems in the best condition.
