Camp Bow Wow, a doggy day care and boarding franchise, has appointed Cail Morrison as its president. Morrison, former vice president of Anytime Fitness’ North American franchise operations, spent 11 years propelling the company to become a top fitness franchisor, according to company officials.

As the leader of Camp Bow Wow, Morrison will focus on increasing unit level revenue and profitability, leveraging new technologies to stay atop of industry innovation and accelerating system growth. His extensive experience and fresh perspective will be an invaluable asset across the company.

“Cail’s strong grasp on the franchise industry as well as his passion and willingness to dive right into our dog-centric business makes him the ideal candidate to take on this role,” said Doug Drew, president of VCA Animal Hospitals and Petcare Services, parent company of Camp Bow Wow. “We feel confident that Cail will work with both our franchise owners and the corporate team to help the company continue to remain at the forefront of the pet care industry.”

At his previous senior leadership position, Morrison was responsible for accelerating business growth and driving profitability for the 2,600 Anytime Fitness North American franchise locations as well as opening 200 new franchises per year, officials said.
