Kitten Bowl Players Prep for Big Game
As sports fans brace themselves for Super Bowl 50, animal lovers can prepare for the Hallmark Channel’s Kitten Bowl. In its third year, the Kitten Bowl will air Super Bowl Sunday (Feb. 7) at 12 p.m. ET/PT.
The kittens tapped to play in the big showdown are hard at work training for the game. Hallmark Channel has offered People an exclusive inside look at the kittens on the training field, along with a sneak peek of the other Kitten Bowl promo that will start airing on Jan. 10.
A chance to play in the Kitten Bowl isn’t just about screen time; all the adoptable kittens from North Shore Animal League are looking to be drafted into a forever home.
“Not only are these cats some of the best players in the Feline Football League, but also they are looking for their forever homes,” said Boomer Esiason, four-time pro bowl quarterback and feline football league commissioner. “These champions will make loving and playful additions to any family looking to adopt an animal in need.”
