Moving Past COVID-19, Pet Food Trends Among Education Topics for Petfood Forum Online
Education at this year’s Petfood Forum CONNECT, the interactive online conference and digital showroom directory, will focus on the evolving pet food market, the latest pet food research and hot topics. The virtual event is scheduled for Sept. 9-10 and Sept. 15-17, with registration open now.
“In a time when travel to professional conferences and trainings is not possible, Petfood Forum CONNECT provides a platform for professionals wanting to focus on career development and understand the rapidly changing market,” said Debbie Phillips-Donaldson, editor-in-chief of Petfood Industry, the organizer and host of the show. “Petfood Forum CONNECT will incorporate many of the educational features that have made the in-person event well-attended in the past.”
Bonin Bough, a marketing and brand expert, will provide the opening keynote presentation on Sept. 9. Bough will present on the concept of hacking your business, or “Hackonomy,” and demonstrate how to create value for your business by breaking down your brand and then rebuilding it, organizers said. Bough currently runs Bonin Ventures, a growth accelerator that assists businesses achieve faster revenue growth.
In addition to Bough’s presentation, the conference includes two general sessions providing insights on emerging trends and consumer purchasing behavior. The online program will also include sessions and panel discussions on moving past COVID-19, pet food consumer trends, hot topics like cannabidiol (CBD), nutrition, ingredients, safety and more. The latest pet food technologies and research will be showcased daily.
Attendees will have opportunities to connect during one-on-one partnership meetings, through the digital showroom directory featuring top supplier companies and live Q&A sessions with speakers.
