Pet Connections Expo Introduces PreBook Portal

Published:

Pet Connections Expo will feature a new platform, dubbed the PreBook Portal, as part of its upcoming conference, which is scheduled for Oct. 13-14 at the New Jersey Convention and Expo Center in Edison, N.J. The platform was launched by show organizers, International Conference Development LLC (ICDevents), to augment and expand its live show experience.

“We are excited to launch this innovative offering to the pet industry, allowing us to continue to build the pet connections community by being more agile in how we anticipate and solve our clients’ needs,” said Bill Doherty, president and show director of ICDevents. “The new platform is a free service and benefit to all exhibitors and retailers who register for Pet Connections Expo. Retailers will be able to access the portal starting in June to start taking advantage of the great pre-event savings, and see the enticing and deeper discounts exhibitors will be offering for retailers who attend the show in October.”

Pet Connections Expo is partnering with Pet Industry Warehouse in Plymouth, Minn., on the new initiative.

“It’s rewarding to see someone like Bill so interested in helping his customers first,” said Dan Cook, principal at Pet Industry Warehouse. “His intuition to expand the community of Pet Connections with this PreBook Portal could prove to be that ‘aha’ moment that pet industry shows have needed, but never quite nailed down.”

Robert Correia, Pet Connections Expo’s new tradeshow manager said, “It is a brilliant idea that will be a game changer for pet suppliers to be able to encourage additional SKU placement with existing customers and increase the likelihood of acquiring new customers and generating revenue. Exhibitors who register before May 1 can take advantage of early bird booth space options and begin offering their products in the PreBook Portal. It’s a win-win for all.”
