PetSmart.com, Deliv Bring Same-day, Scheduled Delivery to 17 U.S. Metro Areas
Deliv, a same-day delivery company, and PetSmart have partnered to power PetSmart.com’s same-day and scheduled delivery service in 17 U.S. markets in which Deliv operates, leveraging PetSmart’s bricks-and-mortar network.
The new PetSmart.com delivery service is available now in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco, San Jose, Las Vegas, Atlanta, Miami, Seattle and Chicago. By mid November, the new delivery service will be available in eight additional metro areas, servicing nearly 2,500 ZIP codes.
By mid-November, PetSmart customers located in 17 of Deliv’s markets can shop on PetSmart.com and select scheduled delivery on the product page for anything from 50-pound bags of dog food to bulky containers of cat litter or a to hoodies, collars or leashes, as well as seasonal holiday items. PetSmart.com customers can schedule specific delivery windows and know exactly when their orders will arrive with Deliv’s real-time GPS tracking feature. Delivery can be set within a few hours of purchase and up to two days later.
