Petfood Forum 2020 is moving to an online platform due to the ongoing health and safety concerns during the COVID-19 pandemic, organizers said. Petfood Forum CONNECT will take place live online Sept. 9, 10, 15, 16 and 17.
The conference will feature a “power-packed” lineup of speakers from the Petfood Forum 2020 program, including keynote speaker Bonin Bough, a CPG brand expert, Maria Lange with Nielsen and David Sprinkle with Packaged Facts, among others.
Attendees will also have opportunities to connect in one-to-one partnership meetings with the industry’s top pet food suppliers during the virtual event, according to officials, including 1Solution Group, AFB International, Camlin Fine Sciences, Extru-Tech, Inc., Peel Plastic Products, Schenck Process, Trouw Nutrition and Wenger.
The digital showroom sponsors represent a large collection of pet food supplier companies, officials said. This includes co-manufacturers, ingredient, additive and formulation solutions, processing and packaging equipment, flexible packaging solutions, safety solutions, lab and testing solutions, consultants and providers of additional services to pet food and treat companies around the world, officials added.
“Plus, Petfood Forum CONNECT provides pet food professionals a chance to build connections during virtual networking meetups and happy hours, participate in live Q&A discussions with speakers, chat with peers from around the world, discover the latest pet food technologies and academic research,” officials said.
Registration will open on June 22. The agenda and list of speakers can be found here.
