“The Wilderness Vet” Dr. Michelle Oakley Inks Product Deal
The agreement with Dr. Michelle Oakley, star of Nat Geo Wild’s “Dr. Oakley, Yukon Vet,” includes brand representation and new product development under the banner Dr. Oakley Wilderness Vet.
All American Licensing (ALL) recently inked a deal with Dr. Michelle Oakley, star of Nat Geo Wild’s “Dr. Oakley, Yukon Vet,” for brand representation and new product development. It will fall under the banner Dr. Oakley Wilderness Vet.
“Dr. Oakley is a true original, and the pet product deals that we secure for her will all be holistic, simple and based on years of veterinary science,” said Michael Gottsegen, co-founding partner of ALL in Los Angeles. “While these new products will be synonymous with the rugged outdoors, they will also be designed to create comfort and joy for a diverse range of pets. Whether it’s an innovative and educational toy, or a brand-new CBD [cannabidiol] product, all of Dr. Oakley’s products will be authenticated as ‘Vet Approved.’”
“Dr. Oakley, Yukon Vet,” which is currently shooting its eighth season, chronicles how Oakley juggles her multiple roles as a full-time veterinarian, wife and mom, in addition to running an animal clinic in Alaska. Each episode, according to ALL officials, imparts Oakley’s primary mission: To help ensure that all animals live healthier, happier lives, while inspiring others to follow her example.
“I am excited about our partnership with ALL, and bringing the highest quality pet products to market,” Oakley said.
A portion of each purchase of a new Dr. Oakley Wilderness Vet product will go to support grassroots wildlife conservation efforts around the world, officials said.
