Treatibles Hires National Sales Director

Treatibles, maker of broad-spectrum hemp oil products for pets, has hired Pamela Falcone Smith as its national sales director. Smith brings more than 20 years of pet, veterinary and consumer goods industry sales to the Petaluma, Calif.-based company.

Her main responsibilities will include establishing and implementing national sales objectives, programs and action plans; supervising a sales team of 20-plus representatives along with national and regional distributors; creating and evaluating goals for the sales team, to name a few.

“Treatibles’ people, passion, mission and products inspire me,” said Smith, who most recently served as the national account director for Advantage, a brand of Bayer Animal Health. “As a solution-oriented strategist who thrives in innovative, fast paced environment, I am confident my results-focused approach will make a significant contribution to the continued growth of Treatibles.”

Smith has also held positions at Animal Health International and Mars Petcare. In addition, she has experience as being a volunteer manager for the National Disaster Search Dog Foundation.
