TruDog Launches Workout Program for Pet Owners and Their Pets

The routine consists of up to 10 exercises per week, from butterfly holds to plank shoulder taps. Exercises can be done at home, in the backyard, at the park or at the beach, according to the Oldsmar, Fla.-based company.
The program is free to join, offers nutrition tips, provides a 30-day workout calendar and features 120 videos.
