Woodrow Wear Aims to Knock Retailer’s Socks Off
Woodrow Wear will offer free exchanges on its Power Paws dog socks on a quarterly basis, beginning Nov. 1.
Woodrow Wear of San Jose, Calif., has launched a merchandise exchange program in celebration of the one year anniversary of its Power Paws non-slip canine socks.

Under its new Sock Exchange program, Woodrow Wear will provide free exchanges of packaged product on a quarterly basis (retailers would be responsible for paying the shipping and handling charge). The first free exchange period begins Monday, Nov. 1, 2010. Other free exchange periods begin Feb. 1, May 1 and Aug. 1.

During these seven day time periods, retailers will have no limit to the number of socks they may return. In addition, Woodrow Wear will waive the shipping and handling charges for retailers who place a new order of 10 or more sock sets with their exchange.

Woodrow Wear created the Sock Exchange program to commemorate the one-year anniversary of the launch of Power Paws. Since Power Paws was introduced a year ago, they have been shipped to 14 countries, with retail outlets in the United States, Canada and Australia, the company reported.

“We’re absolutely thrilled that Power Paws has been so well received by pet parents,” said Lorraine Walston, CEO of Woodrow Wear. “We can’t believe the volume of testimonials that have been pouring in. Power Paws retailers are going to enjoy the extra confidence in buying seasonal items or even very tiny or very large items, knowing they can be exchanged." <HOME>
