Global Pet Expo Honors Top Products and Booths

With four awards altogether,
Rolf C. Hagen (USA) Corp. captured the most new-product awards at Global Pet Expo 2009, followed by
Ware Manufacturing with three and
Central Garden and Pet, and
United Pet Group with two each.
Overall, the American Pet Products Association and the Pet Industry Distributors Association presented 33 awards in 11 categories and eight booth awards in four categories at the event, held Feb. 12-14 in Orlando, Fla.
Nestlè Purina PetCare Co. captured top honors in the large booth category (400 square feet or more, with Petmate earning second place.
Crunhkins, which captured second best gift product, earned top booth honors in the small booth category (less than 300 square feet), with Green Dog Naturals earning second place.
Kakadu Pet earned top booth honors for The Boutique at Global Pet Expo, with Paus earning second place.
TMAX Group Limited took top booth honors in the What’s New! Category (first-time exhibitors), with Pet Tree Houses LLC earning second place. Pet Tree Houses also earned second place honors for new cat products.
