Bergan’s European division, Bergan UK, will initially offer 60 of the company’s top-selling SKUs, including toys, dog and cat carriers and pet food storage containers.

Bergan UK will be managed by White Pebble International, a strategic sales and marketing agency based in Charlton, Chichester, U.K. The new U.K. division provides Bergan with a base of operations to offer the best possible pricing, customer service and shipping services to the broader European market, according to the company.

“We’d been receiving a growing number of product inquiries each week from all over Europe, and when a company cannot ship in volume, it becomes challenging to maintain the same great price points and responsive customer service overseas that are our company hallmarks here in the states,” said Bergan sales manager Erick Rivera. “Handling everything from warehousing and fulfillment to logistics, sales and importing, White Pebble International already had the infrastructure in place to provide us with a turnkey way to quickly and effectively launch a full-scale overseas operation.”

As part of the its formal European launch, Bergan UK plans to showcase its products at the Pet & Aquatics Trade Show (PATS), scheduled for April 27 and 28 in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, U.K. The company plans to initially offer 60 top-selling SKUs, including cat scratchers, toys and carriers. <HOME>
