Canine Crazy Owner Dies

Jami Gail Jones of Osceola, Ind., owner of Canine Crazy pet boutique in Granger, Ind., died suddenly on May 1. She was 38.

Jones was born in South Bend, Ind., and was a lifelong resident of Osceola. She worked at Valley Research in South Bend for 13 years and left the business world in November 2007 to open Canine Crazy. Jones had a passion for all animals and a special love for her three dogs, Lukas, Chance and Darla.

She is survived by her husband, Melvin R. Jones Jr. of Osceola, her parents, two grandparents, a sister, a brother, her in-laws, nine nieces and nephews and a great-nephew.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pet Refuge, 2300 W. Sixth St., Mishawaka, IN 46544. <HOME>
