Thank you for your comment. There are several ways you can submit a product video. You can email it to me at sbrown@bowtieinc.com. Files too large to be emailed may be transmitted to us via YouSendIt or our FTP site: ftp.bowtieinc.com.

Here are instructions on using our FTP site:

IF YOU’RE ON A PC, use Internet Explorer.
You should see a page with a big list on it. Press the Alt key, click View in the top menu, and then click “Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer” from the pull-down menu.
The FTP login window will come up. Enter “ftpclient” as the username, and “danny” (no quotes around either) as the password.
Then a window of folders will appear. Find the “Pet Product News” folder and double click on it.
Drag a folder containing the video – titled appropriately – from your computer into the Pet Product News FTP window.

Please email me and let me know you have submitted a video.

And of course, you can always mail it to us at: Pet Product News, 3 Burroughs, Irvine, CA 92618.

Here are the video specifications:
Files: .mov (Quicktime) .wmv (Windows Microsoft Video) file or Flash video file
Size: maximum 200 MB
Length: 3-5 minutes
Format: CD, DVD, DVD-R, or upload to our FTP site (instructions above)
