Product Description: Mars Fishcare's API QuickStart water treatment is formulated to allow for the safe and immediate introduction of fish to the aquarium by immediately starting the biological filter. The product contains live nitrifying bacteria with a non-refrigerated shelf life of two and a half years, and limits toxic ammonia and nitrite, helping to prevent fish loss, the company reports.
