Product Description: Acrylic Tank Manufacturing's Barrier Standard Water Conditioner is formulated with sodium thiosulfate to neutralize chlorine and chloramines as well as heavy metals. Barrier also contains aloe vera, which replenishes the slime coat on fish to reduce stress and aids in attachment of nitrifying bacteria, the company adds. The treatment is available in a 4-oz. bottle that treats up to 270 gal., and a 16-oz. bottle that treats up to 950 gal.
