Date Posted: Wednesday, August 14, 2013
Fluval Q Series Air Pump
Manufacturer: Rolf C. Hagen (USA) Corp.

Product Description: Rolf C. Hagen (USA) Corp.'s Fluval Q Series Air Pumps are designed to operate quietly. The pumps have an advanced swing-arm and diaphragm design that enables them to produce consistent, reliable air flow, making them ideal for airstones, corner filters, under-gravel filters and ornaments, the manufacturer reports. Also, the air flow of the Q2, the largest of the series, is completely adjustable, providing maximized airflow precision that can be customized for the aquarium's specific needs, the company adds. The line features double wall construction, a noise-suppressing baffle chamber, and rubber feet that act as shock absorbers to deaden sound, the company adds. The pumps come in three sizes to accommodate many tank sizes: Q.5, for aquariums up to 50 gal.; Q1, for aquariums up to 80 gal.; and Q2, for aquariums up to 160 gal.
