It is made of soft, recycled paper pellets that contain baking soda for odor control while retaining their form, which keeps cats from tracking the pellets, according to the company. The nontoxic product is safe for all animals, 99 percent dust free and 100 percent nonallergenic, the company adds. It is available in 4-, 12- and 25-lb. packages.
