Product Description: Pat Bay International helps to prevent injury with its See Me line of reflective gear for pets and people, the company reports. Reflective sleeves slip over existing leashes and come in 18-in. lengths that can be trimmed to fit. Pat Bay also offers reflective sleeves for dog and cat collars. Both products are made with 3M Scotchlite, the same material used by police and fire departments, the company adds.
