Pet Product News International Kicks Off Retailer of the Year 2013-2014 Contest

Pet product News International Retailer of the Year AwardsEvery retailer, groomer and service provider has a unique tale to tell about how they serve—and stay competitive in—the pet specialty industry. Pet Product News International wants to know your story. What interesting and innovative techniques do you employ in the day-to-day running of your pet store, salon, service or other business that sells pet products?

Click here to download the 2013-2014 Retailer of the Year Contest application and tell us about: your dedication to pets and their welfare; the services you offer; your promotions and marketing efforts; the products you carry; your community involvement; the charities you support; your employment practices—in short, everything there is to know about your pet business.

Along with the completed form, you'll need to submit any additional relevant information, as well as photos, news clippings, commendations and awards. The more details you provide, the better your chance of being chosen “Retailer of the Year.” The deadline for all submissions is April 5, 2013.

We will profile our Retailer of the Year and 11 Special Category winners throughout the coming award-year cycle (see this year's winners by clicking here). We will also add each winner to the Pet Product News International's 2013-2014 Retailer Advisory Board, list them in our masthead and consult them about story ideas, industry insights and product questions.

The World Pet Association is back as our sponsor, and will once again fly our “Retailer of the Year” winner to SuperZoo in Las Vegas in July.

To submit your Retailer of the Year 2013-2014 application, send it by mail or email or upload it to our FTP site by April 5.

Mail the completed application, along with your supporting materials, to:
