West Paw is inviting SuperZoo attendees to meet virtually Aug. 24-28 to get a behind-the-scenes look at its manufacturing facility in Bozeman, Mont. The virtual event will include a series of short videos where West Paw officials will take attendees on tour of what’s new this season, as well as walk the factory floor to see what goes into the manufacturing of its pet products.
The aim, according to company officials, is to serve their customers well and still provide the fun, warmth, excitement and personal connection that they usually make a trade show such as SuperZoo. SuperZoo was set to take place early September in Las Vegas but was postponed to next year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
"At West Paw we have the opportunity to do this in a unique way by leveraging our ability to be all under one roof and give our customers a peek inside the West Paw facility where we design and manufacture our products," said Andy Wunsch, vice president of sales and marketing at West Paw.
In addition to viewing West Paw’s video at their leisure, retailers and the press are invited to schedule a virtual booth visit with a member of West Paw’s team, officials said.
