Cira Ring has joined Gold Paw Series as its new operations manager. As such, Ring will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the business, handling shipping and receiving, overseeing the company’s bookkeeping and managing all customer service inquiries. Additionally, she will work directly with wholesale accounts, such as independent pet stores and sales reps, to help them place their initial Gold Paw orders, as well as their restocking orders.
"Cira is instrumental in ensuring our day-to-day activities run smoothly," said Rebecca Gadd, CEO of Gold Paw Series in Hopkins, Minn. "She really is a ‘Jill of all trades,’ if you will. Providing exceptional customer service and playing a key role in onboarding new retailers are just a few of the responsibilities she handles so diligently. We’re so grateful to have her as a part of our team."
Ring, described a lifelong dog lover, is a certified dog trainer through Animal Behavior College. Before joining Gold Paw Series, she worked as an office manager and dog trainer at Countryside Pet Resort & Spa, where some of her duties included greeting customers, selling retail, supervising all kennel attendants to make sure all pets were properly cared for, overseeing payroll, bank and credit card reconciliations, and preparing bank deposits and daily sales, according to officials. Prior to that, she served as an office manager at Ruby Red Bookkeeping in Tigard, Ore., and worked as a dog trainer and client relations specialist at Natures Acres Boarding Kennel in Damascus, Ore.
